Let me peep your business for a minute · K Fly Consulting
I help founders identify where time, money, and energy are slipping away, then fix it.
Find the leak
I look at where money, time, or capacity is bleeding out — pricing, fulfillment, ops, team structure. Most of it's visible once someone's actually looking.
Fix it clearly
No 80-page strategy decks. You get a clear read, a direct recommendation, and someone who helps you actually execute it. I work across the whole business.
Stay involved
Most clients move to a retainer because it's easier to keep momentum with someone already in the loop. I stay in it.
You stay in control
Your business, your call. I'm here as an operator, not an authority. You'll never feel like you're being managed by your own consultant.
Most consultants hand you a deck. I hand you a working system, built, tested, and running before I leave the room.
CRM Systems
I've built 11 of these, for companies with 9 employees and companies with 213. From scratch, or I'll take the mess you have and make it usable. Pipeline architecture, contact hygiene, automations, integrations, the whole thing. If your CRM is mostly a graveyard of stale contacts and best intentions, that's a fixable problem. I fix it.
Pipeline & Sales Strategy
17 years of sales and ops leadership means I can read a pipeline in about four minutes. I know where deals stall, why they stall, and how to fix the motion. I communicate it clearly enough that your team runs with it. This is my #1 asset and it shows.
AI & Automation
I build agents and prompt workflows that replace the repetitive manual work eating your team's time. Purpose-built, wired into your process, and running before I hand it off. Top .01% of practitioners. I use it like infrastructure.
Websites & Digital Ops
No agency, no middleman, no waiting three weeks for a revision. I build functional sites wired into the rest of your business. Forms that feed your CRM, pages that load fast, copy that sounds like a human wrote it. It works on day one.
Drive & Documentation
If your Google Drive looks like a junk drawer, I'll fix the architecture — folder structure, naming conventions, permissions, the works. Then I'll fill it with what your team needs: SOPs, onboarding programs, training playbooks, and videos (on camera or off). Undocumented businesses are expensive to run.
Same standard whether it's a one-time fix or an ongoing engagement.
We talk for 30 minutes, maybe an hour. I don't have a discovery form or sales script. You tell me what's happening, I ask good questions. I'll have a point of view before we're done.
I go into the business: data, ops, teams. I find the actual constraint. It may not be what you think. It's what actually is. Most clients have at least one surprise.
I move on it. Project basis for a defined scope, retainer if you want eyes on the business long-term. Either way, I'm in it with you.
I scope it, fix it, done. Defined scope, defined price. I diagnose, hand you the plan, you run with it.
Good for: a single broken process, a leadership blind spot, a decision you need an outside read on.
One-time payment
Not one problem, a pattern of them. Regular check-ins, a standing outside read, a sounding board when something new comes up. I stay in the advisor's seat.
Good for: owners who want someone in their corner long-term.
Monthly payment

VP of Training — SaaS, ConstructionI've never stayed in one lane for very long. Over the last 17 years, I've worked across software, aviation, multifamily, and other operations-heavy businesses, and somehow every stop along the way has reinforced the same lesson: people are usually working harder than they need to.
I'm drawn to complexity. I like untangling messy problems, finding patterns, and turning chaos into something clear, repeatable, and useful.
I'm serious about results, low on ego, and genuinely easy to work with. That's intentional.
I take on a limited number of clients. Drop your email and I'll reach out when there's a spot.
No newsletter. No drip campaign. Just a real conversation when there's space.
