The services are the short version.
CRM, pipelines, automation, websites, documentation. It looks like a grab bag until you know how I got here.
What looks like a sales problem is often an operations problem. What looks like a technology problem may actually be an accountability problem. A people problem is often a process nobody designed. They only look separate from inside one department.
I walk into the middle of what you've built, ask questions, notice what keeps repeating, and connect what each team knows but never says to the others. The CRM builds, AI agents and websites are how I fix things. Knowing which problems are worth fixing is why the fixes hold up.
How I got here
17 years across sales, software, operations, and leadership. I started in sales and technology, then spent years in sales enablement, growth and sales operations. I've worked at startups, through acquisitions, on fast-growing teams, and inside an established enterprise software company. Now I work directly with owner-led businesses, including aviation operations.
